JGE endeavors to develop all round personality of its students. It offers opportunity for participation in wide ranging co- curricular activities, hobbies and interest of various groups. Students are required to participate in some of the activities of their choice compulsory & compete in inter class activities. Cultural activities are essential parts of academic life. They help in inculcating a sense of fairness, discipline and enterprise in the students. They also provide opportunity to the students to cultivate and demonstrate their talents in various sports, games and art forms. JGE is the academic home of more than 350 under graduates, graduates and post graduates, from diverse educational & cultural backgrounds. A healthy intermingling is brought above by organizing various events such as cultural festivals, fresher’s party, get together, sports meet, tours etc. which plays a vital role towards personality development and the students also  learn to forge lasting friendships that extend much beyond their student life.
